If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive one  e-mail after your order is placed. This e-mail will confirm the details of your order along with your order tracking number.

We are able to accept orders within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.  Asia, South America, Mexico and Europe.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from DORINHA WEAR Online?
At DORINHA WEAR Online, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We'll happily accept the return or exchange of unworn, tags attached, undamaged, unwashed or defective items. Need a different size? Color? Style? We'll send it to you! Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:

Q: What is your return policy?
A: DORINHA WEAR will gladly accept returns and exchanges with the original receipt and tags must be attached for up to 30 days after the original purchase. Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment. 


Exchange By Mail
Complete the Exchange Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item in its original packaging (when possible). Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery.

If you are returning goods from the USA, please send them back by United States Postal Services.
If you are returning goods from any other country other than the USA, please send goods back by your local Postal Services.

*Do Not Return Goods By UPS.* Any charges by UPS to DJW will be applied to your credit card.

When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color, and size. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. You will have to pay the shipping charges for orders processed as exchanges. Refunds are given for the price of product only, that is indicated on the original receipt. (Shipping and Handling Fees are not Refundable) Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returns Without An Original Receipt
If you no longer have a copy of your original receipt, no refund will be issued. An exchange will be issued for the item's current or most recent sale price. If you have further questions or require additional assistance, please email our Online Customer Service Department.


Gift Returns
If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, please follow the instructions for returns or exchanges. Gift returns will be refunded via check to the gift recipient.

A: US & International Duties and or Taxes most likely apply on online orders. Please call your local Post Office for information. GST will be added for British Colombia Residents. 6%

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time) are typically shipped within 48 hours.


Q: Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?
If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination.
